Announcements :

The Club welcomed Mr. Joe Vogelgesang and Mr. Ryan Knigga, coaches for the Lawrenceburg High School baseball team, to the January 13 meeting. The Club, once again, renewed their sponsorship of the sign located on the fence at the LHS baseball field. GOOD LUCK TIGERS!!! Also, Mr. Paul McAllister of the Dearborn County Juvenile Detention Center made an information presentation to the Club members on 1/13/09. THANKS PAUL!!! Remember our motto: We Serve! Yes, we do! We serve our fellow man, our community, our country, and our God. Lions Club....the greatest service organization in the world!!! And, since we ARE the greatest service organization around...how about asking others to join??!! A Club Board Meeting will be held at Lion President E.G.'s house on Sunday, January 25, at the usual time. The next scheduled meeting will be Tuesday, January 27, 2009. ALSO....there will be a Little League Board Meeting held IMMEDIATELY following the Club meeting on 1/27/09!!!! Please plan on staying for that very important meeting!!! Members: Your January-July dues are DUE NOW!!! See Lion Sherri. We need Y-O-U to attend and support Y - O - U - R Club!!!
